Chappell Insurance Agency is proud to announce that our 2007 team/league insurance program is now available for purchase. With 26 years of experience in the sports industry, Chappell Insurance has designed a program that will meet your team's insurance requirements with affordable, competitive rates. This insurance covers your team for play and practice including participation in any other association.

We offer the following options to purchase insurance:

1. You may purchase online. Go to www.ChappellInsurance.com to view the2007 program and submit your information. You will then need to call our office with your credit card information. (Once our website is completed, you will be able to make your purchase and payment online.)
2. You may print the application and mail it along with your check to our office.
3. You may call our office directly at 1-800-447-6797 and purchase your insurance.

After receipt of either check or credit card information, we will email you your certificate PROMPTLY.

In order to process your team's insurance promptly we will be open at the following times:

9am-7pm EST January 15, 2007

9am-7pm EST January 16, 2007

9am-7pm EST January 17, 2007

Regular schedule of 9 am - 5 pm EST will begin January 18, 2007
